I am Chandra Prakash Sharma, founder of CPS TechLabs, based in Prayagraj, India. For over twelve years I have worked inside academic journal publishing — managing editorial operations, submission workflows, and digital dissemination for a multi-journal STM publisher.
Every system on this page began as a problem I encountered repeatedly from within the workflow: manual QC that missed ethics issues, no intelligent reviewer matching, campaigns assembled by hand. I built the tools I wished existed — and deployed them into production.
I develop using AI-assisted engineering methods, which allows me to translate deep publishing domain knowledge into reliable software at a pace suited to operational deadlines — without compromising on production quality.
